From the very start, the landscape unfolds in every direction – rolling alpine pastures, silver ridges and distant peaks of the Durmitor massif shimmering on the horizon. You’ll ride over smooth gravel tracks that wind through wide open spaces and pockets of pine forest, crossing high meadows and remote valleys where shepherds still live as they have for generations.
Along the way you’ll pass a series of tranquil mountain lakes, each more beautiful than the last. Near one of them lies a mysterious medieval necropolis, its ancient stećci (stone tombs) scattered across the grass like silent guardians of the past.
